What the record is
Ontario has about 60 local electricity distributors (Hydro Ottawa, Toronto Hydro, Alectra, Hydro One and others) and a few gas distributors, each with a licensed territory. The Board's maps are the record of whose territory an address is in.
The report line names both distributors. An address outside every gas service area has no piped natural gas.
