The public record of a home, sourced and dated, for the people in the deal.

Each field around an offer reads part of the same record. One report reads the public records for an address and names the source and date of every line; the regulated work stays with each field.

Six guides

Your field

One guide per field: the records each one reads, the regulator's line, and the field's listings.

What's in a report

One file, every line sourced.

The summary at the top shows what needs a closer look; every line below it says what the record shows, where it came from, and the date we checked.

A starting list for the file, never a substitute for a search, an inspection or a valuation.

  • Seven groups of records
  • An interactive map of what's nearby
  • A source and date on every line

How we work with firms

Free to be listed, nothing to buy a place

The same line in every field: no share of anyone's fee, and nothing that steers a client.

  1. $0 referral fees

    In either direction

A listing is free, clients owe nothing extra, and nothing passes between us when they instruct you. A paid place says so and never changes the free order: paid places.

  2. 6 registers

    Checked before listing

Each field's listing is checked first against its public register or directory: the Law Society, FSRA, the Appraisal Institute, RIBO, the HCRA or an association. Who does what.

  3. 60 sources

One report instead of a stack of websites

The sample report cites 60 separate sources: City maps and by-laws, conservation authority data, and Ontario and federal records.

Working with OfferDue

Three ways in

  1. Be listed

Free, on your field's guide and on Who works with OfferDue, after the register check. A field's listings show from three firms.

  2. Order for a file

10 reports $99.99, HST included, used within twelve months; the 25- and 50-report firm packs are priced on request.

The platform

Who works with OfferDue

What OfferDue is not

Not a law firm, a brokerage, a lender, an appraiser, an inspector or an insurer. OfferDue sells public-record information; each field's regulated work stays with that field, and the roles page names each one's register.

The fine print

Public records, not advice

OfferDue reports what public records show and where they come from: no legal, financial, insurance or inspection advice, no opinion of value, and no substitute for a search.

Packs, a listing or a firm arrangement: [email protected]. Help with a report you've received: [email protected].

Questions

Can a report go on a client's file?

Yes. It is one file; every line names its source and the date it was read, and a watermark carries the order number and part of the ordering email.

Is a listing really free?

Yes. OfferDue takes no fee from anyone listed and none for a client who finds them.

How is a listing checked?

Against the field's public register or directory before it goes up. A listing shows the firm, its cities and website, and a name only if asked.

Why doesn't my field show any listings yet?

A field's listings show on its guide and on Who works with OfferDue from three firms; until then the page names the field as opening.

Do you sell client data or introductions?

No. Nothing about the people who use OfferDue goes to any firm, and OfferDue takes no share of anyone's fee and no payment for a client. A labelled place, bought once at a flat price, is the only thing a firm can pay for on a page: paid places.

Where does the data come from?

Municipal open data, conservation authority maps, the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. Each line of a report names its publisher and the date we checked it.

Does it work in my town?

Every Ontario address gets the provincial and federal checks. Permits, applications, zoning and heritage depend on what each municipality publishes: what we cover, town by town.

Public-record information, not legal, financial, insurance or inspection advice. OfferDue reports what each record and official page shows, with its source and date. Page reviewed 28 Oct 2026.
