For investors and landlords

The renting rules and holding costs, city by city.

What each city's by-laws and rate schedules say about rental licensing, short-term rentals, extra units, the residential tax rate and water and sewer rates. Every line names its source and the date it was checked; a rule can change after that date, and the City's own page is the current version.
