What the record is

Toronto's Application Information Centre, Ottawa's Development Application Search Tool and the Hamilton and Guelph application maps are the records read, with Brampton's planning records added through the City's own published data. Each entry carries the application type, status and a description of what is proposed.

The report line counts the applications within 300 m and names the closest or largest, with the type and status of each. A proposal next door shows up here years before anything is built.
