What the record is
The archive records where water was seen from orbit during a flood, event by event. It is a record of floods that happened, not a prediction: an address outside every mapped extent may still sit in a flood plain, and a mapped extent depends on a satellite having passed while the water was up.
The report line says whether any archived flood extent reaches the lot or its surroundings, and names the event and date when one does.
