What the record shows
For 2026 By-law 2026-040 lists a residential rate of 0.696096% for the Town's general levy and 0.100276% for its capital levy, 0.321233% for the County of Simcoe and 0.153000% for education, set by the Province, a total of 1.270605%. The bill multiplies the home's assessed value from MPAC by that rate.
