What a listing shows
- The business name, the towns you serve and your website.
- The languages you work in and what you specialise in, if you give them.
- A person's name only if you ask for it.
- The date we checked the listing, and a licence or certificate number you give us once we've checked it.
Where it shows
- Your kind of work's pageFor example Plumbers, Home stagers or Moving companies: what the work is, the records that matter to it, the register to check and the businesses listed.
- The home team of each town you serveOne page per town with its local rules (extra units, trees, rentals, water and tax rates) and everyone listed there.
- The professionals' guidesLawyers, mortgage brokers, agents, inspectors, appraisers, insurance brokers and contractors are listed on their own guide and on Who works with OfferDue.
- Reports for homes in your towns"Who can help with this", after the findings, beside the records your work touches, in an order drawn at random for each report. Nothing about the person who ordered it comes to you.
What we check
Where a licence or register exists for the work (Skilled Trades Ontario, ESA, TSSA, the HCRA, BCIN, the Law Society, FSRA, RIBO, RECO, PEO, the OAA and the others named on each kind's page), we check it before the listing shows. A list shows once three businesses are listed in it, in the order they were checked.
What it costs: nothing
- Listing is free. It never depends on buying anything or on doing anything for OfferDue.
- Nobody pays for a place or an order on these lists. Paid places, when they open, are labelled and kept apart, paid once for a fixed term, never monthly.
- OfferDue takes no referral fee in either direction, and no share of anyone's fee.
- Remove or change your listing at any time: email [email protected].
