Windsor zoning by-law 8600 s.5.99.40: permits a home occupation in the home, a garage or an accessory building, run by a resident, using up to 25% of the home's floor area, with no outdoor storage, no outside sign of the business beyond what the Sign By-law allows, and direct sales limited to related goods. Lands annexed from Tecumseh follow By-law 85-18 instead.
