Getting ready to sell
Owners getting ready to sell read the "before you list" pages: the documents to gather, a pre-listing inspection, selling a rented home, the heritage register. Some order an owner's report to hand to buyers as it is.
-
Searching and financing
Buyers run the free check on the addresses they are watching and read the town's questions. An agent whose clients arrive with a report reads the same records, with a source and date on each line.
-
The offer and its conditions
Inside the offer window, the agents' guide walks the records by stage: the permits on record, applications nearby, the zoning.
What a listing shows

- Languages
- What you specialise in
Your website
FreeIn the order checkedNever paid for
- The towns served and the languages worked in.
- The brokerage's name, as on every other piece of an agent's material, and the registration checked with RECO before the listing shows.
- What the work specialises in: first homes, rural properties, newcomers, investment properties.
Listing on OfferDue is free and in the order businesses were checked, never paid for. Where a licence or register exists we check it before a listing shows.
The records to know
OfferDue's tools for this work
- The showing sheetOne printed page for the open house: the home's records with the brokerage named at the top.
- Packs of buyer's reportsReports for clients in packs of 10, with a client code that counts reports and pays no one.
- The owner's reportThe report an owner orders and hands to buyers as it is.
Each is sold once, at a flat price that is the same for every business; none is billed monthly. One that is not open to buy yet says so on its page.

What OfferDue does and doesn't do with this business:
- A client code counts reports. It pays no one: no referral fee in either direction.
- Listing is free and shows in the order businesses were checked: no business pays for a place, a label or an order on any page.
- OfferDue takes no fee for a client who finds a listed business, and pays none to anyone for a client.
- OfferDue's pages say what each record shows and where it comes from: never legal, financial, insurance or inspection advice.
Public-record information, not legal, financial, insurance or inspection advice. A listing on OfferDue is not a recommendation; check licences and references yourself.
