Questions buyers ask, city by city
Each page names the public record that answers one question for one city, where to read it yourself, and which OfferDue check reads it. What the records show, never advice.

Property tax, town by town
The 2026 residential rate each municipality publishes, as a share of the assessed value (not the asking price), highest first. Rounded to two decimals; each town's page has the full line, its source and the date we checked it.
Conservation authorities from 1 February 2027
Under the Conservation Authorities Act as amended in 2026, today's authorities are to join regional ones on 1 February 2027 or a later date set by regulation, as each town's flood page says. Each box shows the authorities our town pages name and the towns whose pages name it; a town with land under two authorities is in both.
