Home records, explained › For real estate agents
For buyer's and listing agents: a sourced record for every client
An agent is registered with RECO to trade in real estate; OfferDue is not, and sells public-record information only. What it gives an agent is speed inside an offer window and a dated, sourced record to hand a client: every line names its source, so nothing in it rests on the agent's word.
Page reviewed 20 Oct 2026. Each entry lists its sources with their data dates.
1Buyer's agent: the shortlist

4Packs and clients
A 10-report pack covers ten addresses over twelve months: up to three with the order and the rest by reply. Each report goes to the address's buyer or seller as the agent directs, with the same watermark and the same sources. Prices include HST.
5The line OfferDue keeps
OfferDue gives no opinion on price, no advice on an offer and no comment on a home's condition, and it pays and takes no fee tied to a trade. The roles page says who does what.
A client code and a listing for your brokerage
Leave your details and we reply with a code your clients can quote when they order, so their reports are counted to you; a pack can be set up for the brokerage, and the brokerage is listed on this page for buyers and sellers looking for an agent who works from the record. We check the registration on RECO's public search before replying.
Nothing here is a referral fee: the code counts reports, it pays no one, and a listing costs nothing. a listing is free, a client who finds you here owes nothing extra, and nothing passes between us when they instruct you. What we ask in return: tell clients a sourced record of the home exists, and read the records entries so your clients' questions get the same answers from both of us.
