What the record shows
The Province's Greenbelt maps split the Protected Countryside into numbered boundary sheets, and sheet 20 lists the Town of Innisfil with the Towns of East Gwillimbury and Georgina and the Township of King. None of the Oak Ridges Moraine plan's maps names Innisfil. The Town's Official Plan, Our Place, carries a "Greenbelt Plan - Natural Heritage System Overlay" on its land use schedule, and its policy on public uses and infrastructure sets the Greenbelt Plan area apart, under its own policies.
A result from the provincial layers says whether an address falls inside a mapped area and which designation; it is a planning boundary, not a statement about what a particular lot may be used for. The Town's Official Plan schedules are the place to read the local designation, and the Town says it is updating the Official Plan for growth to come.

What OfferDue covers in Innisfil
The Greenbelt, Moraine and Escarpment check runs for any Ontario address, in the free check and in the full report, from the Province's layers, and names the designation where one applies. It reads the mapped boundaries; it is not a reading of the Town's Official Plan or zoning for a lot.
