For mortgage brokers and lenders: the property facts in the public record
Mortgage brokering is licensed by FSRA; OfferDue is not a broker or a lender and gives no advice on borrowing. What it holds is the records side of a property: the facts a file asks about, each with its source and date.

Work with OfferDue: a listing for your brokerage or branch
Buyers reading this page are arranging financing. A brokerage or branch listed here is found by them, by city, and their files arrive with the property facts a lender asks about, sourced and dated.
OfferDue takes no referral fee and pays none: a listing is free, a client who finds you here owes nothing extra, and nothing passes between us when they instruct you. What we ask in return: tell clients a sourced record of the home exists, and read the records entries so your clients' questions get the same answers from both of us. Mortgage brokering is licensed by FSRA; a listing changes nothing in how you are paid.
